Hello! I'm LJ, a graphic designer and chronic doodler. I work mostly with type-based design, but I like to think my work shows I can work to many briefs across the spectrum of design. If I'm not designing, I'm usually doodling cats in my sketchbook, or I've gone for a coffee. I love working collaboratively and hope to continue this in a collective atmosphere post-graduation!

OPIA; A publication for a hypothetical film festival created by myself & fellow designer Lucy Nathan. Show Off! was a visual identity & proposed degree show brand concept made in collaboration with fellow design student Jack Dean. These type posters encapsulate the bright, fun & rebellious tone of voice with hand-made mark making & bold, dominant type. These phrases are a select insight to the attitude of the brand; along with our main title.This is a degree show you didn't wanna miss.

ECDYSIS; A very personal project, surrounding my experience with Topical Steroid Withdrawl & severe dermatitis. Included a self-shot photoshoot, were the imagery was printed, scratched into, drawn on, and then rescanned to create layers of texture. These are a select few of the intense imagery that was hand bound into a publication, and then torn apart to become an artefact.I shed my skin.
