Hey, I’m a designer and musician located in Manchester, hailing from Lithuania. My passions lie in conceptual projects that encompass a wide range of design disciplines. I’m especially keen on designing anything related to music; that could be the creative direction for a club night, or designing a record sleeve and its visualiser. Based on a exhibition ran by G.F Smith and soundtracked by Father, the briefing was to create the album artwork, visually interpreting the range of soundscapes. The compositions enraptured me in their meditative beauty, evoking a memory of sunlight beams coming through trees. I visualised the flickering beams of light in a minimal, pointillistic way. The pastel side of the Colorplan conveyed this relaxed and organic nature of the album best. Elements of my own photography act as beaming memories.
